Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Glow in Golden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarahsousek@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
