Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarahsousek@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
